The staff was very cute. The room overlooked the street, a lovely view! The bed was comfortable, and the staff gave helpful tips for my trip. The location was prime, with plenty of shops and eateries nearby.
The bathroom was small and the shower was a bit tiny. The door opened inwards, specially if you're taller.

i found a couple of things less than stellar. the thermostat was apparently a secret only the staff knew about. i couldn't adjust it myself and it was way too hot, a real sauna in my room!!! also, the staff member i asked about it later acted like i was asking for the moon. super rude!!!

The location is charming. the hotel is in the middle of the city, but nights are quiet. the staff at reception is friendly and helpful. my room had a personalized welcome message with my name and compliments. I also received drinks and a Pastel de Nata.
The mini fridge water was not complimentary. The charge at checkout seemed unfair because this was not clearly marked.
