Excellent Stay in a Prime Location

The staff was very cute. The room overlooked the street, a lovely view! The bed was comfortable, and the staff gave helpful tips for my trip. The location was prime, with plenty of shops and eateries nearby.
The bathroom was small and the shower was a bit tiny. The door opened inwards, specially if you're taller.

This place has a nice central position, very close to the main part. I found easy access to everything from the hotel. Plenty shops are nearby. The location was very nice, a true advantage for exploring.

rude staffinaccessible thermostat
i found a couple of things less than stellar. the thermostat was apparently a secret only the staff knew about. i couldn't adjust it myself and it was way too hot, a real sauna in my room!!! also, the staff member i asked about it later acted like i was asking for the moon. super rude!!!

The location is charming. the hotel is in the middle of the city, but nights are quiet. the staff at reception is friendly and helpful. my room had a personalized welcome message with my name and compliments. I also received drinks and a Pastel de Nata.
The mini fridge water was not complimentary. The charge at checkout seemed unfair because this was not clearly marked.

my room included a comfortable bed. the room was very clean. the coffee machine with pods was a nice touch, and i liked having tea available in the morning. it was an excellent experience.

the hotel is super central to many attractions and transport options. i could walk to different sights with ease. the excellent location allowed a very convenient stay and a perfect opportunity to rest between tours.

The bathroom had issues. The shower leaked A LOT, flooding the floor each time. The towels were also not great. Some were torn. I found this a bit DISAPPOINTING.

the location was ideal for seeing attractions. the staff were also cute and helpful. i enjoyed the delicious breakfast and central position that allowed quick access to all sites.
the bathroom fixtures felt a little flimsy in my room. the toilet paper holder was loose, and i found limited space for robes and towels. the shower design allowed water to leak easily.
